How problems find me

The immediate fix is rarely the end.

Colleagues often come to me with technical problems they cannot solve. I can usually find the short-term answer, but those requests also reveal recurring friction: a confusing process, an avoidable production task, or a tool that does not fit the work.

That is where I tend to keep working in the background—turning a one-time solution into a clearer approach, reusable resource, automated workflow, or custom tool that addresses the root cause.

I do not adopt technology simply because it is new. I look for the educational possibility inside it: the type of practice it might unlock, the burden it might remove, or the experience it could make possible.

That approach has taken me from mobile games and virtual reality to conversational AI, synthetic media, rapid prototyping, and workflow automation. The technology changes; the question remains: Does this help people learn?
