Classroom Research Award

Overview

APPrendre le français was a classroom research study examining whether educational apps could increase student success and engagement in beginning French. I integrated Duolingo into activities in two FRE1120 sections and examined students’ attitudes and course outcomes. The project reflects my interest in evaluating educational technology through evidence rather than novelty alone.
